Daikin Air Handling Unit Integration Kit​


Maximum Efficiency

​​Daikin Air Handling Unit (AHU) Integration Kit enables any Yanmar VRF Gas Heat Pump to be fully integrated with any Roof Top Unit or other Air Handling Units, allowing the benefits of inverter technology to extend to custom terminal units and air handling equipment.
 
Designed for high system efficiency, the Air Handling Unit Integration Kit offers a seamless integration and optimized design flexibility for Air Handling Units while keeping total installation and commissioning time to a minimum.
 
A kit consists of one Control Box and one EEV (Electronic Expansion Valve) Box. Two different control methods can be used for an evaporator coil of up to 16 tons.

  • Yanmar & Daikin communication compatibility - can be used with both Daikin iTM and NAV controller.

  • Increase the operational performance of your rooftop or air handling units!
  • Easily connect any Yanmar VRF Gas Heat Pump with an existing Roof Top Unit (RTU) or Air handling Unit (AHU) and distribution systems.
    • Wide range that IDU’s from 1.5 ton to 16 ton.
  • Maximize efficiency. Increase operational efficiency of any RTU / ADU from 60% / 80% (on average) to well over 135%, and higher.
    • Designed for both indoor and outdoor installation.
    • Can be mounted up to 16 ft (5m) away from the air handling unit.
  • Equipped with refrigerant filters on both sides of the expansion valve.
  • Optimized climate control in both summer and winter months. Including extreme cold or heat conditions.
  • In colder winter months, boost heating output through RTU or ADU. Combined with Yanmar's waste heat recovery technology.
  • In warm summer months, add VRF Advance Cooling Technology for optimum employee comfort, health, and safety.
  • Reduce operational costs, and energy consumption while lowering GHG emissions.
