Yanmar Cogeneration & Micro Grid Improved Resilience 

​Climate change continues to have a considerable impact on our environment and unfortunately, these extreme weather events, continue to disrupt the electric grid. Weather related events currently cause approximately 70% to 80% of the major disruptions/power outages in the utilities distribution system. As risks of grid interruption increases, due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., Yanmar’s Cogeneration (CHP) Solutions can reliably, maintain adequate clean power and optimum climate control, as required.

Working in harmony with any solar / wind array, Yanmar’s CHP systems also reliably delivers thermal energy for space heating or other hydronic heating applications.
